Without looking at the unit and how the rubber is laid it is hard for me to be accurate with an answer but yes it can be done.
Putting a metal roof on a camper.
Remove the metal roof if applicable before you can install a rubber roof you ll have to take off the old one.
Line up the first metal panel so it overhangs the eave by about 3 4 of an inch.
Start by placing the new rubber roof roll on one end of the roof.
We are going to adhere the rubber roof in small sections roughly four foot sections until we work our way across the entire roof.
Install one every 12 inches up the furring strip.
The person put plywood down on top of the rubber roof and sealed it down.
Another thing to mention is that if your rv already has a rubber roof on it you won t need the shears since you won t have to remove any of the old metal roof beforehand.
I want to know if i pull the rubber roof off and if i could replace it with a metal roof.
If your rv already came with a rubber roof.
Attach the panel to the roof by drilling in self tapping screws through the metal and into the furring strip.
