Rear Door Locks On A Gmc Sierra Wont Unlock

I m struggling to figure out which fuse number and box the right doors are wired to.

Same relay in both positions so you can swap them and see if the problem reverses door locks but won t unlock. The drivers door remains unlocked yet the security system is arme. If the truck sits for a period of time hour or longer it seems to work but not always. Before going through the process of replacing the actuator i want to make sure it hasn t just.

The front passenger door lock on my 2014 silverado is not working. I ve hit the unlock button from the driver door and on my key fob multiple times and they still won t unlock. I exit the truck shut the door and hit the lock button on the remote key fob. Please share how.

All other doors are ok but the driver door doesn t unlock half of the time. A closer looks it seem power gets reversed on the door latch coils to lock or unlock so both relays must be fully working no stuck contacts and the diodes must be good for the system to work. Its just the rear doors though. Those are the lock and unlock relays.

Has anyone had this problem before or heard of this. Sometimes they ll unlock other times they won t. More the likely it is a stuck relay contact or bad relay. I can hear the mechanism in the door moving but the lock wont open or close.

Recently my driver door lock has started to not work when i unlock truck with my keyless remote. For some reason or another my back doors are starting to have a mind of their own. In the fuse block behind the panel on the end of the dashboard driver s side you ll find two small black relays near the center of the fuse block. Definately sounds like the lock relay.

My gate is unlocking and the front doors unlock. My owners manual shows left doors but it doesn t say anything about right doors. All doors except the drivers door lock the lights flash and the horn chirps for the alarm.
