The drivers door started buzzing so i ordered a replacement door latch assemble from ford 330. Remove the light cover at bottom of the door and pull out the screw pry up the black switch panel and remove the screw from behind that. Once you have remove the plastic cover you should be able to slide the horse shoe type clip that holds the lock mechanisim in place but dont try and remove it yet what you then need to do is put the key in the lock and on the inside of the door on the actual body of the mechanism there is a hole about 3mm in diameter you need to push a very small screwdriver or hook tool through this hole whilst turning the key anticlockwise with a bit of wriggling the damn lock comes out.
