Remove Door Panel 2003 Buick Century

Pull out the wire connections from the speaker to disconnect them.

You ll need to remove screws that are by the door handle arm rest under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don t want to break them. Before installing the door trim panel to the door discard the old trim panel retainers. Oem buick century custom front door panel wire harness right passenger 4566 fits. Remove the screws from the front door trim panel use the j 38778 to remove the trim panel.

Starting at the door bottom use the j 38778 to disengage the retainers from the door trim panel. Lift the trim panel up to release the top edge and remove it from the door. Use a pair of pliers to get a good grip on the latch and then gently but firmly pull the latch away from the panel. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Disconnect the power window switch assembly. Use a pair of pliers to pull the door latch off of the panel. Pull the panel away from the car door slowly starting from the bottom of the panel. Check out the diagrams below.

You ll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Lift the cover of the window and door lock with a screwdriver and gently pry it off. Put a screwdriver around the edges and pry it and the door panel should come off. Remove right rear door panel 2003 buick lasabre.

The door latch is also held in place by small plastic clips that can make it difficult to remove by hand.
