Use a chisel and hammer or putty knife to pry the door stop and molding away from the frame.

Clean the dried glue out of the hinge mortise using a chisel. Use a construction adhesive like liquid nails in the crack. Take care not to damage the stop as you remove it from the frame. If the hinge and jamb are painted cut the paint around the leaf with a utility knife swing the leaf away from the jamb.

Try tightening the hinges which can loosen up over time causing the door to sag. After time the weight of the door will pull on the hinge and cause the door not to hang straight.
