Put on safety glasses and a respirator and grind the damage smooth using a dye grinder.

Cut fiberglass sheets to fit over.

Apply wax on the newly painted fiberglass entry door.

Cut away larger burrs with a razor.
Sand away all burrs or raised edges on the crack in the fiberglass with sand paper.
Remove all dirt and grease.
